No the IP35 Pro doesnt have any issues at all, whatever small ones would have been there, have been sorted out with latest bios. The most notorious one was of massive Vdroop, Fixed with 16 Bios.

Although expensive, you can think of Gigabyte G33 motherboard for Intel CPUs.
The board costs around 5k, has decent enough onboard graphics and comes with Gigabyte's excellent build quality.

Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2

Although i am not a very big fan of onboard video boards, i guess this is the best you can get for Intel platform.

As for AMD platform, there is nothing that beats the latest AMD780G chipset, very versatile and arguably the best onboard GPU money can buy with Hybrid Crossfire support.
If i were to buy AMD platform right now, this would be the chipset i would go for.

Here are your options -

1) ASUS M3A78-EMH HDMI

2) GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-S2H

I would go with the Asus only because it has 6 SATA ports.

Hope that helps you
