You might be subconsciously thinking about upgrade to 7

Watch this - you might need to use VPN to view though

Re: The iPhone Thread

Grey market prices:

iPhone 7 32GB = 72,000/-
iPhone 7 128GB = 83,000/-
iPhone 7+ 128GB = 1,05,000/-

All available in Rose Gold shade. Only cash option, with delivery on same day.

I am told there's quite a rush for the 7, even at these prices and without any bill or warranty. Shops are claiming shortage of stocks!

Really, I find my 5S coping to the iOS10 update decently. But again, its subjective.

There are dumbos everywhere. These shows interview a 100 and show only the 7 dumbos to us. It's crazy how much some people can lie on camera too.

Thanks everyone.

Just one last query, will he be liable to pay customs duty upon reaching back airport in India? If sealed box can be taken to India without any problem? OR should the box be thrown out of the luggage and keep the phone in the pocket instead?

No customs should be charged on a phone that's currently being used. So you can keep the box in the checked bags, and the phone on you.

Am on a 6S as well. Don't feel the phone has slowed down from what it was in 9.3.5

Re: The iPhone Thread

So in the case of iPhone 7 they have knocked off the 64 GB variant?
I wonder what one needs 128 GB and 256 GB for, on a phone.
Even a chap like me who is constantly clicking away at things and do a great deal of photography, finds a 64GB sufficient...
Anyway Im not due for an upgrade to my phone in a hurry - at least one more year.
And by the way iOS 10 works very nicely on my iPhone 6.
No worries at all.

I have a iPhone 5S, which is a work supplied phone. We have been given explicit orders from our IT infrastructure team that test devices on iOS 10 have wifi issues when connecting with our office wifi network, and for that reason all team members are to avoid updating iOS devices to iOS10.

That happened to me too. Phone was freezing randomly. I restored the phone and set up as new (rather than restore from backup). Works perfectly well now. Since photos, contacts etc are anyways on icloud, setting up as new was no hassle at all.

Re: The iPhone Thread

For all the iPhone 7/7 plus users who uses headphones while charging, this might come handy http://www.belkin.com/us/p/P-F8J198/

I enrolled for public beta testing for iOS 10 and got the GM version as well prior to release. I thought things will change while on Public Beta 1, but it just went worse. Since it is a spare phone (using oneplus 3 as primary device), it doesn't bother me much though

Dump the box and put the iphone in your pocket, accessories in your laptop bag. So many people carry two phones (one for work / foreign sim card and one for my own sir) that it should be ok.

Re: The iPhone Thread

Would be going to Apple Care in a day or two to see as to what they do with my screen which pops out a bit from RH at the top. If pressed it goes in, but comes back again. Has never been dropped and is yet to complete an year.

Would look forward to get the 5SE in space grey.

They would probably get you a full replacement. I had a replacement done to the end of warranty period for the camera spacer issue on iPhone 6. The same issue cropped up on the replacement as well within a couple of months however

My Iphone6 Plus screen got cracked yesterday, since 7 is still a few weeks away I will have to keep it. What will be the best option to get this repaired if someone can suggest.

I would be ready to pay the balance amount, I hope my request for the SE would be entertained.
