How to convert vob to wmv

I have shifted a video from my hadycam to the laptop, but the file is in VOB format and I want it in WMV format.

Please, tell me if you know of any free conveter. The file is really big 967,984kb so need one which is a little fast.

Use DvDFAB. Tested, tried and proven. I think it is one of the best.

Thank you very much, I am done with the conversion. A little editing required then I will put it on net so you guys can see it. Its on cars only.
