Apne aap? What are you CRAZY? I was there all morning!
CAPITAL, reminds me of my dad, the phone bills and the scares ( 13 years ago) I had when I changed over to unlimited broadband.

Too good. Have tears in my eyes laughing.

Cheers

I don't think so.
It's a regular site and works best with IE.

Can someone please try it from someplace else and confirm if what Vidyut sir said is right?

I thought you might be using some different ISP in office.

So this proves 2 things. Firstly, I was wrong and secondly MTNL don't show usage online unless they feel like it and only mtnl divisional head has access to it.

Congratulations sam.
You are one of mtnl/bsnl customers who have solved their internet billing problem successfully.
Thousands are crying for excess bill.

Though our Sarkari Cos work in unkempt offices, use dated technology, have a lethargic & go-easy work attitude and make you run around umpteen times & test your patience, BUT IF YOU PERSIST, you will get your WORK DONE and you will get your DUE MONEY BACK!

Sam's experience and my experiences in the past has proved so!

Unlike some of our Private Cos with swanky offices and pretty gals at Customer Service, make you run around FOR MONTHS to get your due money back!

Hey!! The MTNL website does work now!

And guess what? It STILL shows me as a plan 399/- subscriber. Just imagine if I get the same bill next month?! lol

Perhaps they only expect Divisional Heads to be their customers?

All in all, quite a disgusting experience and to top it all some part of the organization still shows him on the older plan so he will definitely get the same bill next month.

All organizations make mistakes - there is no perfect service provider. Its the way they go about acknowledging and rectifying their mistakes that really makes a difference. The private operators are (normally) better off because they are geared towards customer care. In sakaari organizations like MTNL, their basic philosophy is that WE are always right and the CUSTOMER is always wrong unless proven otherwise.

Which is why you will have to rely on individual traits like those of Mrs M or Mrs J or the Divisional Engineer's flexibility to take a print out. How many of us really have the time or patience to go through a dozen individuals and finally find one who is naturally inclined to help people out?
