| help! require samsung officials phone no or email
dear friends, i have a major grievance with samsung india. i bought slim tv 32 inch 2 years back. i developed a fault within warranty period. they tried to rectify it, but could not do it successfully. then they promised to replace the tv, which was also not done . Then they said we will refund you money. which they still have not.its been almost one year and their local people are not listening to my phone and their website which has complaint email address generates at automated response.
if any of you guys know any samsung official dealing in customer care and hav e his phone no or email kindly give it to me so that i can contact him personally. this is one of the poorest A.S.S of any company i have seen. (and i own a fiat which they say has bad a.s.s..)
