Dataone Usage Finder: Not working for past 1 month. Any Ideas

This is what I use to check my usage regularly. No need of any third party tools.
Go to Dataone WebMail Click on "Check Your Account Usage" link. Enter username and password and login. Click on Service Records. Select the year and month and click OK button. You have the detailed list of usage through the month along with the summary at the top of the page.
