Nothing wrong with Blue, but thats not what customer wanted.

Customer made an explicit choice of language (I.e. English in this case).

Customer support has to follow that choice.

If someone chose Hindi/Marathi/Kannada and Customer support keeps talking in English, that would be equally bad.
