Printer Cartridge Problem

Im in a Bit of a Dilemma here.
I own an epson Photo R200 printer.
The Ink had finished a few weeks back.My dad was comming from Dubai,so i asked him to get me the ink.
The thing is that my dad bought the photo R270 ink cartridge and there's no way i can send it back to dubai.
I would like to know if(in bangalore) i can exchange this for the specified ink cartridges? or just sell it off?.

P.S Im not sure if its appropriate to post it here.

If the R270 is sold here, and if your package is unopened, there should be no problems with the exchange. Try any computer store.

i opened only one package (i know stupid stupid mistake) w/o reading the model for which it was and and i opened it and tried it in my printer !!
anyways will try to look for a shop on monday.

Try selling it on ebay and post specifically that it is opened but not used.
You may still get a seller as this is an original.
