Use of wired hands free/headsets are said to not reduce the risk of radiation, as the wire acts as an antenna. In fact it may result in more radiation being absorbed in the head.

BT headsets are of course not safe either, as they themselves emit radiation.

Wired headsets, or BT or the phone itself... use either, you are still doomed.

#8 - Li Ion cells needs to be charged as often as possible, only once in a months they need to be completely run down and then charged, to exercise the ions Each time you discharge one cycle is lost, so as much as possible keep your batteries charged. ie if they are LiIon cells.
