How to configure MireoPC edition with USB GPS receiver

I am starting this new thread as I did not see the info in any of the threads.

I bought a chinese GPS receiver and would like to integrate with MireoPC edition [MapmyInida PC edition]. My GPS receiver is working fine, but Map software is not able to detect the GPS device ? any one tried this ?
