Ah..!

Have you downloaded and installed the latest printer driver for your model of printer? (Incase it wasn't recognized by XP, or using the latest version driver)

Even if you have, deleting all printers and then re-installing might help.

Also i assume you have rebooted the computer since having this problem?

PS - Guys, GTO is saying he has tried IE and had the same problem as well...

I suspect the printer driver. Download the latest one & install it, that should fix the problem, something is not compatible with the browsers.

All this to convert to PDF ?

Download and install Primo PDF convertor. Restart the computer. Print to Primo PDF and save the pdf. Then simply print it from adobe pdf reader.

I have had this issue quite a few times at different locations and with different printers.

Primo PDF uses its own driver and pretty much acts as a standalone printer. This feautre also lets you unlock PDF files for editing

Guys,

How do I increase the printer memory buffer?

The saved file does not open. Corrupt file error.

Have you tried using IE instead of Opera?
Sure did, no luck!

If IE also works the same, I would suggest updating the driver. I typically use the HP Universal print driver and that works really well.
On my way to download.

2)2nd option is just open the first html page and take a print out and then open 2nd page and take aprintout. repaeat until you get 80pages
Will do. But again, this is a workaround.

Tried. Formatting is entirely messed up!

Yup, is too.

Installing the universal driver that's been recommended. If that doesn't work, I'll revert back to the 1015 driver.

Same driver that has always been used.

Going to try the universal driver first, and if that doesn't work, Primo PDF. Will update.

Thanks a ton guys!

Thanks Deep_bang! Installed the HP universal printer driver and all 80 test pages went through at first shot!

Much appreciate the help of all those who commented. Cheers!

If both IE and Opera did not work, last resort is FireFox.

But a better way is to convert it into PDF and then try to print. This way, you can print more than 80 pages if its a PDF file.
The issue you are facing is related to mostly web browser, but the driver also plays a role here.
