Video calling in India

I understand 3g and CDMA is available and working in India and also movies are getting streamed to the mobile phones.

I am wonderig if video calls are being allowed to be made from one handset to another or is there similar service available in India.

Cheers

I have two BSNL 3g handsets and numbers, but the video call function always says "video call failed." Frustrating.
