I used PPOBOX as the courier forwarding service.

1) Register on ppobox.com, you will get a NY address
2) Get your OPO shipped there
3) Ppobox will then forward it to India for you and clear the customs on your behalf, I was charged Rs 3750 for this

I knew about this, but was kinda skeptical about using it. Did you get the 64 Gig Sandstone model? If so how much did it cost in total? Do we need to have a Paypal to do the payment? And we need to forget the warranty right?

I suggest you wait. OnePlus will be officially available in India very VERY soon.

One needs to check all before deciding. I was particularly happy with ZR because I got a flagship hardware based phone with a lower specced display (which I was OK with). That brought the price down to about 25-27K of an other wise 35K product. Camera was also very good.
I couldn't agree with you more. I'm also a very happy and proud user of the ZR and I can vouch for its camera. Even after an year I feel it's camera is almost as good as my dad's Sammy s5. But I also agree that it might be a unique case and I wouldn't say that all Sony phone are that good but zr is definitely good.

Thanks

Re: Android Thread: Phones / Apps / Mods

Hi friends, I have a MI3 bought from flipkart last month. It was all fine till this morning, when the mobile data suddenly stopped working. Tried all modes like 2g, 3g & prefer3g, but no help.

I am running on stock MIUI. Tried using the same sim on my iphone4 and it is working fine. Tried rebooting the MI3, but still does not work. I am using BSNL sim on 3g. Please help, i am new to android and this is my first android phone.

check if the apn for bsnl 3g is setup on the mi3. in case apn is there, you can try a factory reset (all your data including pictures, videos would be lost). If a factory reset doesn't fix the issue then best would be get it replaced.

Just to update, that everything is back to normal. Kept it switched off and switched on this morning, and the mobile acts as if nothing had happened. All working fine. I don't know what the problem was

What was the battery charge when this happened?
Do you have some power manager installed?

Is this OTA update or flashed using factory images through a laptop?
