My Adam has not yet shipped - Notion Ink updated the shipping date as 29th Jan 2010 so will have to wait another week I guess. Those who had ordered earlier than me already have started getting their tablets.

The Adam hit a roadblock, a bad start as far as I am concerned, they pushed some update and the update ended up bricking the device. Now they have blocked the update and provided a fix for the bricked devices, for a company which has just started this is not a good impression on the customers and the world for that matter.

The adam is hyped all over the world, so I guess they need to pull up there socks and test updated before pushing them.

I don't think anyone in India has received it yet. Some people in the USA and Europe have got their Adams, and there seem to be a lot of consumer reviews out there (both good and bad). But most of the people who ordered have to face delays, I hear shipments have now been postponed for the fourth time to 15 Feb.

I actually want to see the thing in stores and buy after checking it out physically first, but I don't expect that will be happening anytime soon.

mine has been shipped as well . am waiting for the tracking info too . I didnt get any email about the free gift though . I was watching all the comments and videos on the blog and people have already started rooting it and doing what not . People even dismantled it .. phew

I was just curious to know , those of you who ordered the wifi 3G version what 3G band did you guys select . I was confused with that option and finally selected

VariantAdam with wifi and 3G 3G Band 900/2100 MHz
