Thanks for your valuable inputs and suggestions. I passed on your comments to my friend and he finally decided to go for brand new VXI that was delivered just a week ago.

On Road Prices in Mumbai and Bangalore differ by a huge margin because of some ridiculous tax structure in Bangalore that makes buying cars the most expensive affair there.
