Whats the price for new one ( teh one's in stock) at Bangy? The company is giving a price reduction of 65k for new one.

On second thought, its a 4yr old car! 2.5lac! Does it cost that much in Bangy ???? wow!

Yes 2 lacs is the correct price, the car is also having two previous owners. Anything above that means you have paid more.

A few months back I had a look at few cars... here is the deal I was getting:

Zen Vxi, Mar-Apr 2002, single owner 39000 km on the odo with leather seats, good music system with sub & woofers at 2.8 L (the guy came down to 2.7L in no time - would have settled for 2.5-2.6 L).
Good points - engine was free revving and in very good condition
Bad - the car's suspension needed some work

This was 3-4 months back and the deal was from a dealer.

You are the best judge now!

Matrix is 100 % right.. Cars in Delhi & Mumbai is going for so cheap.. I just cant believe.. Seen few car sites.. People sale Zen 2003 just for 2.10... Mumbai is the cheapest..

Well I have finally taken the car.. all I need is a good Mp3 player & speakers..

I wanted to settle for 2.20 only, but then had to consider Comp ICICI Insurance valid till June 2007 & Autocop fitted worth of 13,000 Rs..

So finally I got this zen.. Thanks a ton to Team BHP..

One more point to add.. Used cars are damn costly in Bangalore compare to other cities.. Here its like.. If u dont take there are other 10 techies in line.. All Software companies have driven market so so high that u cant even imagine.. No other choice...One techie was ready to pay 2.80 for the same car which I took for 2.50.. anyways full & final its done

Will Try my best to Join u all in Bangalore meet

I feel it should be around 2 lacs, expecially when the dealers are giving so many discounts on zen.

I personally feal that paying about 10K more is fine as long as the vehicle is clean as this one. The only thing is that it has been owned by 2 people.
2.50 is a good price and suggest that you seal the deal.

Let us know about the final outcome.

so long....
