pre-owned car for around 4 lacs

i would be making my purchase within 2 months from now. luking for a pre-owned car budget is upto 4 lacs(+ 20k[max]).
1. my usage will be low... max 400-500 kms/month. therefore mileage will not be a issue.
2. maintainance should be minimum.
3. space shud be sufficient for a family of 4.

would like to know the choices i have. i am inclined towards santro xing or maybe swift or getz.i dun like wagon R design.plzz advice on which model to go for and their approx market prices now.

also advice if any new car would suit my requirement.

*swift vxi is available at maruti truevalue for about 4 lacs.but for my requirement, wuldn't it be a overkill?
also does hyundai dealers sell pre-owned cars(like maruti's truevalue) with sum sort of warranty??
