I have been through a sales experience with Sagar, a Zen for a friend some 2 years back. Vowed to never go there again.

About your dilemma, Sunlight copper come in Diesel also, you have to decide whether to wait or not.

Maybe he has already given your allotted car to someone else, who knows? At the dealer end, they maintain a file regarding your booking. Make noise and ask them to show it to you or prove how they arrived at the waiting period.

Any idea of MGA/after-market availability of black coloured A/B pillars for Ldi??

The black A and B pillars are created by sticking a 3M sticker and can be done easily. The ORVM is around 1500 at the dealer - not the body colored one though.

The after market body coloured left/right orvm would cost around 1700 to 1800. Recommended not to go for it , cause these guys take up a normal orvm and then paint it to get the desired body colour + the orvm are the most prone to scratching , so once the orvm gets scratched few times it starts looking shabby !!

@ Rocky - One of the bhpians has a sunlight copper shade but again it is a petrol, My guess is that as it is an entirely new shade very few people know about it. Half of the demo leaflets in the showrooms don't even have the shade as an option available !

I was initially offered this color in Diesel, but later they changed it to gold. I don't think it is exclusively for petrol

nikunj_cal and kuttapan,
The sunlight copper is not exclusive for Petrol, atlast managed to see one VDI in sunlight copper color on road. Its smashing! Pity mine will not be Sunlight Copper.
Yes, I visited the dealer in person and after some thrashing here and there, they gave me the booking information. None of the earlier bookings were sunlight copper except mine. I cannot wait for another 2 months, so choose Red, my fav anyway.
The vehicle is on the way, expected next week.

Congrats, rocky. Finally, you would be zipping aorund on the Swift.
Red looks good on it, although its common.
