Voted for Wagon-R. An absolute no fuss, no muss car for city rides. Heck even drove it to Shimla from Punjab and the ride was a breeze.
Voted for Tiago.
I've owned previous generation WagonR & there is no doubt about its reliability.
But with time, as you mature, your priorities change.
If I were to bet my money on car from any segment today, safety would be my mandatory requirement.
Tiago is the only car offering some safety in this segment without any competition.
Period.
It all depends on the terrain and the type of usage. For a small family and mostly in city use with occasional long rides, I would vote for S-Presso among the above list. The reasons being,
1. Convenience of narrower and shorter cars for city drive; where mostly only one or two people will be commuting and occasionally four people with very rarely five!
2. Better suspension
3. Decent upright seating position and visibility
4. Easiness to park (or put it differently, easy to find a suitable parking space)
I believe that there is a market for Nano, due to its city-friendliness.

If budget permits, the choice should be the Tiago - the only all-rounder in the mix that does everything well and is also tried and tested. Every other car in the consideration set suffers from poor build quality and a lack of safety, which the Tiago doesn't. While the Tiago's 3-cyl engine may not be as good as Maruti's 4-cylr 1.2 one, it is reliable, frugal and gets the job done. The only other contender in the list is the WagonR (1.2 and not 1.0) but it has poor highway manners and is tinny and unsafe.
My choice would be the Ignis. I voted for the celerio though. Celerio is a good car, but after i voted for it, I came ro think about my aunt's Zeta Ignis amt. That car is very good. Better than the wagonR, Celerio, Spresso and Tiago. Lot's of space, very refined engine, Decent mileage, Arguably looks better. A very well rounded car.
