Reply to X-Machine:
Budget is upto 5 lkh. Parents gonna use it so has to be easily maneauvreable and sturdy. Want to go for CNG model for sure.
Had decided on Versa but apparently the model hasnt sold as much was expected from it. So wish to know the reasons.

versa rear are cramped for people more than 5 foot 3 inch otherwise a very good car easy to drive around.. esteem engine is bullet proof and u will get huge discounts.. ride might be a lil choppy compared to indica

indica vfm but i personally am not convinced with Tata build quality and relaibility

the new indica is a good buy with large improvement though it still has quality problems.

I think we are comparing apples to oranges !
In any case if space for 6 people is the main requirement I feel the interior of the Versa is cramped. *I can think of *two other options :

1.Mahindra Bolero - A colleague of mine had this same problem of choosing a vehicle which will seat 6 *and he ultimately picked the Bolero over Versa. It is priced competetively too.

2.A used Qualis ( dont know how much a sparingly used one would cost ) .
