Larger on the outside, but I think the NHC has the edge in interior room.

hey guys, please read original specs.
my BIL will use the car for 2 trips per month to the city (from vesova) and 2 trips a week for shopping. that is it.
FE is not a big concern
Size is due to limited parking space in Bombay
Should seat 3-4 in comfort. My expereince with the NHC is that it is just right.
The only fault i can find with the NHC (given that it was built for city driving) is that it is a bit expensive. Where would one find a slightly used NHC (under 5k driven). Would that offer a considerable drop in price?

Now we know why the NHC looks the way it does.

Clever packaging nevertheless

even the petra will be right to suit his needs and it fits the price
the NHC is also quite good for his considerations
look around, read papers ..
ive found people selling accords done less then 5k, mercs done less then 5k
quite a few citys too but dont know the mileage

ok here's a ready reckoner of what the issues are with each car.
Tata Indigo - Fit and Finish?
Fiat Petra - Service?
Hyundai Getz - Image (big Santro) ? Korean v/s Jap v/s European?
Maruti Swift - BIL does not want a Maruti?
Ford Fusion - Service? Pricey?
NHC - Pricey?
