keep the other things aside look at the car's heart for a second, the palio of all the cars you short listed has the best heart other wise if you are still okay with a 1.3L engine then please do consider the ford Ikon its a wonderful car but sadly the 1.6L heart has been discontinued now!
no doubt the chevy is a pretty good car but its still a tall boy kind of design and you might not be happy with the handling part as much as you would enjoy the palio or the ikon!
just my instant thoughts after reading the posts its finally for you to decide hope you pick the best of the lot!
