Why don't you think of the Santro/Xing then?It's a good city runabout.It's got a good engine and you don't have to worry about the service also.Maintenance-wise,it's a lot cheaper to run than the Fiat.But the Palio GTX is one really hot hatch,it's gives you an adrenaline rush like no other.So many choices,so many decisions.It's your call.........

I wanted to buy a Second Hand "peppy" car (surely not a tall boy) and keep it for next 2-3 years. If at all I'm going to buy a new one I would prob'ly buy a Xing or WagonR.

Also I'll mostly spend max of 2.5L on a used car (that too if it's a GTX)
BTW, what is 'RAC' service ??

RAC is in bangalore, its a multi brand service centre, thats where i get my palio 1.2 serviced, they are pretty good. they have done most of my performance mods as well.
