Congrats Beejay, thats a good looking car you have got. I must say nothing can really be compared to the pleasure of driving a GTX on a highway. I have driven most of the B+ segment cars and GTX just stands out as the best ever produced in this segment. Happy miles and keep us updated on the new ventures

What are the updates on the car beejay?

Btw, there was a 1.2 sport and a 1.6 sport.

The 1.2 sport came along with the S10, and the differences from the 1.2ELX were,

Speedo similar to the 1.6. (White?)
Silver finish interior
Sporty pedals
Rear spoiler
Different wheelcaps
Formula red colour.

The only difference externally from the 1.6 GTX was that the 1.6 had alloys and front fog lamps

Hey JayD. Cars doing just fine.

Yes, as mentioned earlier there is a 1.2 sports Formula red in town and everything is similar except for the specs. Thanks again.

Curious, Do you by any chance know Manu Madaparambil?

Yes, I suppose the spoilers were different and full, side skirts, wheels, better placed dash board are some of the major cosmetic differences.

Its a small world. He is my good friend too.

IIRC, the S10 dashboard is slightly different than the one on the 1.6GTX.

Hey Beejay, just read thru your read and boy you are one dedicated GTX Fan. Moving to a newer car of the same model talks a lot about the GTX.

Drive hard but safe!

Thanks for your wishes Milecruncher. I would have never sold my previous GTX had this not come up. Thanks again.

Any idea on how much the full assembly costs and the original part number, trying to buy off the counter.
