Poor Experience and Alpine 9887 stolen at Carnation Chandigarh

Well fellows, i have been soldiering on in my crusade....

the latest:
1. they cannot locate either a 9887 nor a 117.
2. they offer a 50% depreciated cost refund
3. they say corporate is not taking blame, loss has to be borne by the workshop
4. they offer a 9860 & 9861E as alternative replacements.

i have stuck to my guns so far and have asked for a 9887 or 117
alternatively i have given a counter offer, a cash refund of 2/3rd of the MRP of the unit which has not yet been accepted by them.

lets see how this goes ahead

Or the case is still wide open? Please update.
