Service Centre for Peugeot Cars - Chennai

Hi TBHP'ians - The one's of Chennai in particular.

Does anybody know of any decent Service centres / Workshops / mechanics around chennai for Peugeot Cars.

Though spares are available, the present mechanics whom i go to are afraid to service the car and this presents itself in the form of a low quality of service, with frequent problems, though reliability is not an issue.

So asking fellow bhp'ians for links. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Which Peugeot, the 309 that was sold in India?

Pal Peugeot may have made some arrangements before closing shop.

Ironically, yes.. the 309 that was sold in India.

TVS in chennai was the arrangement and they do not service Peugeot's any more. So am at the end of wits with the other service centres.

One reliable source I know is in Coimbatore.. 500kms.. Once in a while is ok.. but not on a regular basis....

Don't want to mess up this time.. so asking BHP'ians for suggestions.

Thanks nitrous..and also to tifosikrishna.. who had referred me to this valuable site.

I got the same reference the other day from a colleague of mine. Yet to visit the centre.

Will definitely call you before going there.

Had been on a short trip to UK, so, had left the car with a friend of mine some 500 km away from chennai. have to pick it up and then visit Electra automotive.. Maybe next week.

Will also respond to your PM shortly, after visiting your gallery

my dad used to run a 309, I loved it. So sad they had to shut down. So sad Peugeot wont ever come to India again.

I had a 309 SRi in the UK. Wonderful car, the best I ever owned. It handled like no other fwd and it's unsuspecting looks made it a real BMW 3 series killer
