I hope this is will not adversely affect VW Palace Cross. I called in for a service appointment and no slots available for 5 days at Rajajinagar.
Had been to Apple last week for oil top up and they asked me it will take a couple of hours. Next day took car to Rajajinagar and had the top up and some inspection for free.

I guess it is time to club all the different bad experiences us Indians have had to face due to arrogant and indifferent dealers and make one single thread out of it. I had my bad experience while trying to get a test drive of the Vento about two years ago and we finally ended up buying a Verna.

Thats what we learnt from VW Downtown

They did not, now it is Dakshin Downtown

That place is cramped even to house only a showroom. There's absolutely no space to park outside, very limited space inside and a cramped entry/exit gate. Magrath Road has reverted to being one-way again from the Garuda Mall side and it's just chaotic. It was a posh destination once, now it's just a mess.
