Although offtopic, I do not understand the logic behind any person's decision to invest money into a car showroom, that too a high end brand one. With BMW lagging behind in sales numbers, the indecisiveness with respect to the diesel engine bans etc, it just becomes even more ridiculous to me. Also according to my sources, Bird is running good losses every year. How does one stand to make money in the current market by opening a high end brand car showroom?

Future profits? And there is a ton of money to be made in the service business.
