I am so sorry for the late reply, had been caught up with office jazz.

No I was not offered a Gold Flexi Plan but a full fledged TMP. The certificate they gave me clearly mentions TMP and i have even exercised it at an ASC

But maybe since yours was expiring in Nov this year they would have offered this?
