I am surprised not to see mention of Joshi Autozone in Chandigarh. I am sure there will be many success stories, but I felt Joshi Auto zone has had a remarkable journey as well.

They were 1 of the Maruti Dealers in chandigarh and were fantastic. I think they were one of the top three Maruti service centers for 3-4 years running. Then they took Tata and if I am correct, now they have Honda, Hyundai, Mercedes Benz and maybe a couple more in chandigarh.

Thank you for sharing. Goes on show that good work ethics still exist in this industry where I feel in recent times, customer satisfaction has generally gone down across the board.
