I have attached two PDFs in that thread. They have all the info. Please go through them carefully.

Alternatively, even your owner's manual has that info at the back. But I think PDF will be easier for you to understand as I have separated the types.

Update: Dealer refunded about 3000 charged extra. Haven't got a chance to talk about the interaction in detail. But he has not received *any response* from Honda. Seems they don't really care.

This incident, however, proved to be the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. Car is up for sale and the upgrade is not a Honda.

I guess you could insist on jobs being done by the book, no extra fluff. That should help keep the costs in check. But this particular dealership has botched up standard jobs too. Previous pages have lots of details and personal experiences.
