I'm living with one such whistly chirpy sound in my car and it comes from the passenger seat. Some issue with the seat frame and the welds in the seat rails. It doesn't surface if someone is occupying the passenger seat.

By any chance, have you installed armrest in your car?

Nope.

It's not from the arm rest though. This makes a creaky sound (different sound) once in a while.

It's from the front passenger seat.

Yes, the issue was resolved. The engine mount was the culprit. It was replaced under warranty along with rear brake pads which were earlier suspected to cause noise.
