The car had gone for the first service on 18 Jan 2021. But the timeline provided by Maruti quality manager as seen in above post to fit Interior styling kit has lapsed.

Finally the wait is over. After much deliberation and escalations for over a month, the side cladding is fitted. I am satified by the result and have informed the relationship manager so.
