Better Maruti service shops in Bangalore? (Please read 1st post before voting)

Surprising that nobody have tried Fast Cars here, located behind hotel Atria and also on Bannergatta road. They were previously MASS but now they service all cars and have got modern paint booths too. I have found their service to be the best for my Zen as compared to Lotus motors, Mandovi Vijaynagar and so many other places. Lotus Motors service used to be good but I had a terrible time with Mandovi Vijaynagar. They seemed to be clueless about most things, wash used to be bad and left screw driver marks all around at the centre panel during some small work.

Guys, My Swift VDi is due for 20K service in 2 weeks. My friend who owns a Swift ZXi has done couple of services in Bimal in K.R.Puram is quite satisfied. Anyone who has experience with the same service station could tell me how are they? Also I heard Surakshaa @ Bommanahalli is good. Who is better among two? I stay @ Madiwala, but dont mind taking the car to Bimal, K.R.Puram if they do service better.

I get my Swift in Bangalore serviced at Trinity Motors in Basaveshwarnagar. They do a fantastic job, and I've no complaints so far.

I vote for Surakshaa. After a long journey through different M.A.S.S. I find Surakshaa is the best choice for service. I have been using thier service now for about 2 years and am completely satisfied. Mr. Lokesh is vey helpful and ofcourse team-bhp members gets a special care! Thanks team-bhp!!

RNS MOTORS< HOSUR ROAD, TOOK ME FOR A RIDE - Left my Ritz VDI for 20000Kms 4th paid service. The Dealer billed me for performing D/E (Explained to me as Decarbonising Engine) for an additional labour amount of Rs.1750/- plus Tax. On questioning the nature of work carried out by D/E, i got vague repies viz - head decarbonising, turbo and exhaust manifold opening and decarbonising - etc. At 20000Kms , with no performance complaints by the user, i suspected i was being taken for a ride. When i told the service advisor that this amount would be paid by me only after consulting Maruti Company personnel , after half an hour, the bill was recast without D /E, for Rs.2000/- less, and the Car delivered to me.
As a Maruti owner, I am pained that a reputed dealer like RNS motors has actually instructed their personnel to overcharge their customers for fictitous and unecessary work claimed to be carried out.
Being in the Diesel Generator service field myself, I was able to question the nature of D/E and escape being cheated!!! What about your average customer????
Please correct me if i am wrong, but i fail to see how a 20000kms old DDIS engine needs a decarbonisation, and the vehicle was ready in 6 hours flat with all the oil changes / filters changes / car washing / and D/E carried out?? Also if the engine was opened, for what reason?, and how was it refitted without head gaskets, other manifold gaskets being changed???

Not bad, Mandovi Motors Yeshwantpur is 3'rd! have been a customer of theirs since a long, long time. Barring a few sloppy jobs their service has been top notch mechanically and has left me no reason to complain. I have built up good rapport with the mechanics and the senior people there, so they go the extra mile just to keep a freak like me happy

I generally give the Alto to service in RNS Yeshwantpur. SA called Ramesh. But now he's moved on to Unit 2. Dad adviced me to give in Mandovi, Yeshwantpur. Planning to get the remote boot opener and some ICE work too.

I am quite happy with Sagar motors BG road. They know me and can identify my car in absence of me or my wife. On time everytime and pretty close to where I stay. So it is pretty much Sagar motors for me. Thier accident repair facility is also good. It is somewhere near JP nagar.

Though I do not own a Maruti, but I have been with many friends to Suraksha and they do a good job as per my Maruti knowledge. The best part is, the customer can stay with the car and no one objects to it, well at least to me.

Mandovi used to be the best but has gone to the dogs now. Kalyani Mysore Road too is acceptable.

I have been going to Mandovi on Bannerghatta Road for over 3 years now. I am super happy with the way my car is serviced there - very honest folks (won't ask you to replace unnecessary parts or recommend something that is expensive, always ask before replacing expensive parts), soft spoken people and odd end jobs are done for free. I strongly recommend this centre for Maruti owners in South Bangalore

^^ I agree 100%. Mandovi on Bannerghatta Road has been a good experience for me since the last 2 years. No unnecessary charges and sometimes they don't charge labor too

Hi Switnfrious,
I do my servicing of SX4 and Estilo in Bimal. They are quite good , at least I am happy with their service.
But have heard a lot about Suraksha too.
