Hello,

I have finally decided on buying the Maruti Alto. Please can somebody suggest a Maruti dealer in Hyderabad/Secunderabad area that offers good discounts.

Thanks in advance. I am planning to bring the car home Today if possible.

Based on my close friend's experiences, Acer has a good name for customer friendliness and service, followed by Saboo. From my experience of prospecting, between Varun and Saboo has been more proactive towards selling and thus keeps in touch with the customer more often. For example, I had sent a common mail to both Saboo and Varun inquiring if they had any Alto 1.1 in their True Value stock as I did not want to go down all the way in the heat just to check the stock. Varun got back saying to contact so-and-so, the sales manager with his nnumber, while Saboo got back with full details on the one Alto they had. I was more impressed with Saboo's response.

Avoid GEM which is in Kondapur is what I can say

I got a better deal for my SX4 from Varun at Banjara Hills.
However, the service wasn't upto the mark.

They quoted 2.05L for my old Alto on the day of booking. However, when I went to take the delivery of the SX4, they said that they could offer only 1.70.
Finally, after threatening to cancel the booking and demanding to talk to their GM they agreed to honour the initial qoute.

Moreover, their attitude seemed to change the moment I took the delivery of the car.
Had to escalate to Maruti to get my vehicle documents and registration which they committed to be done by 3 days at the time of delivery.
