This is still in its preliminary stage. But it looks like Tata motors in opening up a showroom for its JAguar & Landrover Brands in India.

The firm i work for (TPA) is designing a showroom for TATA. For its Jaguar and Landrover brands in Mumbai, Right opposite the ROLLS ROYCE showroom.
I happend to come across an (incomplete)3d image of the showroom. Since its still in presentation stages it could take atleast 6 months or more for it to be complete.
Somewhere in 2009-mid i guess.

This was earlier the Tata Motors Corporate showroom. Concorde Motors- If I remember correctly.

I had heard plans of this being the flagship Tata Fiat showroom for imported Fiats such as the 500 & Bravo.

Looks like someone had more exciting plans for it!

Yes the first mercedes showroom was here too. So what happens to Navnit Motors, will they still sell landrovers?

Its true, the building is the Ceejay House, Tata Motors owns the ground floor space and have been wondering what would be the best use of the space. In the meantime JLR deal was struck.

They had once even contemplated sharing the space for JLR products on one side and Ferrari and Maserati on the other

At the CEEJAY house..?? Iam not sure if his clinic ORIS is in that building.

Dan Thats great news buddy. I am excited now i can get a jaguar by just walking into a showroom instead of getting a dealer to import it for you. I believe they are going to retain Navnit Motors for the suburbs and their own Showroom for town. I am not sure could someone correct me on this. In any case this is wonderfull news and hopefully soon we shall be able to touch and feel our very own Jaguars.

Audi (Lamboghini..?) ???? I dont get it mate, both are different and dont share showroom or any other space . Audi showroom is being built just next to Bharat audio. Lamborghini representative office is also in Worli Pochkhanawalla road (i think thats what its called).
VW and Mercedes are way way ahead, so no walking distance and Porsche is all the way the other end from there, so no walking either.

Maybe the three brands meant could be Rolls opp, Mercedes service center next door or Audi showroom coming up and Landrover/Jaguar.
