Why don't FORD dealerships in Delhi/ NCR last for more than 2-3 years?

I am planning to get my car (Ford Ecosport TDCi 2015) serviced in NCR. Although both my previous services were carried out at Harpreet Ford Keerti Nagar and I had no problems whatsoever. But still, I am planning to change my service centre as they refused to use Synthetic Engine Oil for oil change, even though I was willing to supply / sponsor the extra expenses.
