Insurance is your choice and either they can match that quote, or allow you to take elsewhere. As simple as that.

I guess the freebies are more than what they usually offer to other customers..

In fact they are clearly suggesting that insurance gets them a chunk of their earning..

I want to know if any other chevy beat diesel owner ever got so many freebies..

From his calculation these add upto Rs.15k.. I think they are worth about Rs.5-7k

I called trident and then approached kropex, they both gave me their final offer, and then I chose kropex, it's one minute away from my workplace.

So, give Trident a final call and do a dirty bargaining. You'll come to know how much Kropex is offering, what's the real value etc.
Then, you can take a call.

Also, why do you want to take insurance from outside? If it is only premium amount, check whether you are getting similar cover. You can always transfer your NCBs across insurance providers- that should not be a problem.

Looks like this facility is taken over by Tata Motors. Are they continuing Chevrolet service center there?
