Awesome Experience from Maruti Dealer A.M.Motors

Dear Bhpians,

I recently delivered a Suzuki A-star from AM Motors, Malappuram, Kerala.
I had really good experience which i would like to share with you. Their hospitality and service was really good. The reason behind this posting was that i have been watching a posting against this dealer and later on the posted bhpian itself changed it into a positive attitude of this dealer. Thats why i thought i prefer this dealer to take my car.
Right from the first step of enquiry and till the delivery i felt an awesome experience. The way of approach, Vehicle explanation at the point of delivery and introduction to the service section gave me a pleasent picture about the dealer.
My Vehicle delivered on 27th of March, after an hour on my way back i got a call from the Customer Care asking my satisfaction on entire procedure and overall satisfaction, that really impressed me.
The car now clocked 1700kms and its done with its first free service, they provided `Pick n Drop' facility which was totally hastle free.
We took this car for city drive and its fetching us around 17kmpl. The best part of the car is its A/C and its FE.

Always nice to read a positive after-sales review! I've seen Maruti bend over backward to please their customers on several occasions.

Got my A-Star 3rd free service

Now my car has just clocked 10,500kms on the odo(in just one and a half month, this claimed the fastest 10k kms among our fleet). Really satisfied with the car and the service! Got its first three free services done at the same dealership. Am getting a very good FE of 18kms on the highways. A-star is really a star in Fuel Efficency. Thank you Maruti Suzuki for such a nice car and A.M. Motors for the best services.

Posting some pics i snapped on the delivery day!

With 10k on the odo and you have only pictures of the ones on the delivery day? Very bad with photography is it?

Do post some new photos, especially some interior ones.

And what was the "best service" that you had received at this place?

10500kms in just one and a half months ? That's quite a lot of driving, did I miss any travelogues that you have shared here ? Hmm, if you have taken delivery on the 27th of May, it is just 5 days short of two months but that's still more than 5K per month !

Ya i know, 10k kms in 2 months is too much. It was my cousins sisters marrige last week, and the car was fully utilized for all short and long use, we took the car espacially keeping that in mind, and also its a good upgrade for alto. Ours is a joint family and everyone use the car, thats another reason for clocking this much on the odo.
Anyway wil post some pics it ASAP.
