Toyota dealerships : Do all of them use a standard template for their websites?

maybe they made a CMS for dealer websites, and gave it out to all the dealers

Toyota, Ford, GM all create dealer websites with standard themes and options to change themes. The dealer can change themes, any discounts he want to offer etc. Else everything is even managed by car company.
This is standard across the globe. Nothing specific to Toyota.

This is the Toyota US website. Toyota Cars, Trucks, SUVs & Accessories It's fairly bland, but quite functional. Just like their cars.
