Best Tata Car dealer in Pune

Which is the comparatively better Car Dealer among the following in Pune :
Pratham Auto
Pandit Auto
B.U. Bhandari

Googling around a bit I have found that all three have atleast one bad experience marked-off against them.
But any specific Pros and Cons of either of the above ?

Pratham Auto: WORST
Pandit Auto: OK
B.U. Bhandari: OK

You can consider either pandit or BUB

Good to get an unbiased , non-ambiguious answer :-)

Any particular reason you think Pratham is the Worst ?

All 3 are bad, Pratham should be avoided at any cost. I had my Indica serviced from them, first they charged me a bomb and second the car came back with more problems!! I gave them ZERO in the feedback form!!

BUB is making all efforts to improve unlike Pandit.

That's it ! 2 people voting out Pratham. They are outta my list.

Considering that I have to choose between the lesser of the two evils between Pandit and B.U.Bhandari, I'm going to see if I get a better deal from either of them.

Else, I'm sticking with Pandit since they provided slightly more attention to me than B.U.Bhandari.

My experience with BUB for my Linea has been pretty good. Earlier had bought an Indica from them (10 years ago) and that time too they were not too bad. I personally feel they are more attentive than Pandit.

My sales experience with BUB was not so good but my experience with their workshop has been great.

Pragmites how did your visit to the workshop go?

Still the fact that I haven't found any negative review for either is impressive.
Let's see. Waiting on both of them for an offer.

I have purchased two cars from BUB (one Tata (Safari) & one Fiat (Punto)) and the experience has been extremely good.

You might appreciate my feedback even more when I tell you that Pandit's showroom is at a 2 minutes walking distance from where I stay.

Read my experience at Pandit here : http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/1416038-post58.html

Also go through maverickxx2006's experience at Pandit here : http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/indian...auto-pune.html

I am pretty sure you will also find thread's / posts where people have had bad experiences at BUB. But from what I understand and read : BUB has improved a lot recently and has been getting plenty of positive reviews.

I will definitely vouch for BUB.

Out of the 3 I would rate B.U.Bhandari on wakdewadi as the best. I was with my cousin during his indica purchase through out.

As far as reception, attention, positive attitude goes, they were excellent. Some of the issues are still pending though, but I will admit due to factors outside their control. I have posted details on my thread.

I would recommend BUB any day than Pandit. Patham is anyways out. BUB sales is above average but then their workshop is very good.

+1 to that. I have heard a lot of appreciation about BU Bhandari from our troubled Safari mate, Rahul_76.

B U Bhandari : I took delivery of my car in 2005 from BUB & i still remember how well trained and behaved the staff were (Pashan showroon). Theri service center in wakad is of top class though a bit away from the city.

I transferred to Bangalore late last November and when I was re-registering my car in Bangalore they asked for the orginal invoice which i had misplaced somewhere. All it took me was a couple of phone calls and an email to B U Bhandari and i got the invoice faxed to me a day later. Truly professional guys.
