Feel sorry for your friend, surprising to what extent the dealers have gone and created forged documents.

I am not a legal expert but even at the first glance I can see that the signatures appear forged. Can actually understand Toyota's reluctance to admit the dealer's wrongdoing, what I can't understand is the unprofessional attitude by them, when they are not even willing to respond to your friend's emails.

Very Shocking incident indeed, ask your friend to stay strong and take the matter to the logical conclusion.
