car got rammed by bike .. help

I need suggestion ..

A bike yesterday rammed into my indica's driver side near headlight, there has been no damage done to the headlight but the whole of the body part near front wheel got damaged i hadn't filed an FIR and now i am planning to take it to the garage to claim insurance. i have TATA AIG insurance.

My car is 1.5 years old ... i need to know how much claim can i get in this case. This would be my second claim in this yr last yr I didn't claimed anything. Does anybody see any problems any problems while claiming insurance and how much part will i have to pay ?
