GUIDANCE SOLICITED
I got my Maruti Vehicle financed by Citicorp Maruti Finance Limited in 2005 and duly received the Form 35 and NOC in 2009. Now I need to get the NOC re validated for successful re-registration of the Vehicle in the Name of the New owner to whom I have sold the same.
Need guidance from this forum on procedure for above mentioned process.
