Car Loan From Kotak for SX-4 ZXI through CSD

I am new to Team, need to know on CSD rules before taking a call on my new car purchase:
My father was in the army. After his expiry, my mother uses the canteen facilities. I recently came across the CSD car schemes. My mother is not having any other income documents except the pension which is not sufficient to get funding. Is it possible to book on my/joint name with my Mom to take the loan facility thru CSD ?

Guide me on the possibilities.
