IMHO it is better to get it done from a Hyundai authorised service station as you will not save a lot by doing it otherwise.

As far as claiming insurance goes, make sure that the insurance company agrees to pay to full amount as some insurance companies have policies like paying only 50% - 75% for plastic and glass components. If it is the front fender that needs to be worked on, the insurance company may not settle the entire amount as they may classify the fender as a plastic component. You can go ahead and claim insurance if they agree to settle the entire amount.
