I think the question should be what was the worst car that you have used or owned, as the same car could very well be someone else's most liked one.

If I take my worst experience of cars I have used or owned, it definitely will be my Spark. It was riddled with problems right from the start. It had a juddering brake calliper that could never be fixed even after changing these twice. It's left strut was broken from the body mount which caused a permanent left side alignment issue that GM could never fix till I took it to a good mechanic who diagnosed the problem and which was finally addressed on my escalating to GM higher ups. The AC went kaput twice in its life time, once in peak 47 degrees celcuius, it's fan resistor went kaput within a month of its purchase. It was really unreliabe but had its virtues like having one of the best low ends and I could easily move from stand still in second without a fuss which made it a great city car.

My vote is for the Omni. Apart from all the cons mentioned in the post, it pains me to see the worst car possible on Indian roads still carrying school children and being used as an ambulance.:
