The ZDI is 6.38 ex-showroom delhi. So should be around 7.6 OTR in Bangalore. Must say that's quite expensive!

All prices in lacs . Ex- Showroom Delhi.
Very high for the ZDi. 77K more than the VDi. And too bad VDi doesn't have ABS option.

I remember, the old Swift was also launched with an introductory price which was revised upwards after some time.

Edit: Is the Integrated Audio system there in VDi?

Re: MSIL discontinues old swift, begins production for all new model for August launc

6.38L for ZDi ex-showroom means just under 7L OTR in Kerala. Not bad pricing. However, since the old Swift did not have a ZDi earlier and the VDi (with ABS) came to only around 6L OTR, it might create an impression that the price has suddenly gone up by +1L OTR.

I am out to cancel my booking, better I wait for Polo 1.5l diesel, even with 1L more than ZDI, feel it is worth.

ZDi will touch 7.4-7.5 OTR in Bangalore, V and Z bad variant/price decisions!

ZDi pricing is definitely on the higher side. At 7.5 OTR we have other options too.
Wonder if this pricing will now have a say on the new Jazz.

Re: MSIL discontinues old swift, begins production for all new model for August launc

Pricing is on the expected lines. The only catch here is the word 'Introductory'. I assume their plan is to gauge the demand for few months and take a decision on revised pricing.
It will be interesting to see how the Diesel Swift prices stack up against the new Jazz.

These two caught my eye. So does anyone have a pic of optional 16 inch alloys and tires?

And four Airbags in total?
