That's what I am saying. The affect on trees should have been in the other direction.

How can Hyundai sell a Honda Product ?

Is is a printing mistake which happens so often ? Why didn't dealer bother to check the addresses before finalizing it ?

Or else, it might be Hyundai dealers ploy to bring in prospective customers to Hyundai Dealership and say that

Sir, Civic is from Honda. But we also have a similar category product named Elantra which has Cooled Seats, Wireless Charging, Sunroof, Blah Blah Blah and is 3 lakhs cheaper sir before discounting.

The advertisement depicts the effect on tree leaves in the right way. It’s not the trees, but the Verna in motion. Hence as Verna moves forward, due to the power it causes air to move along with it in the same direction. So the tree leaves are properly getting affected in the right direction.

But there is a catch if you go with the above explanation. It shows the car has a drag coefficient of a large box.

If this was a mistake, the person who approved this, must be fired. Such a blatant mistake from the marketing team of Hyundai(!!!) must not go unpunished.

If this was indeed genuine, then Hyundai better get their A-grade lawyers to suit up.

Quote:
A popular method of advertisement is comparative advertising where one product/ service is advertised by comparing them with the goods or services of another party. Such other party is usually a competitor or the market leader of that good or service. The comparison is made on the basis of quality, price, availability, performance, etc. with a view towards increasing the sales of the advertiser, either by suggesting that the advertiser’s product is of the same or of a superior quality. However, such advertisements often lead to infringement of trademarks of the competitors (as per the Trademarks Act, 1999) and promote unfair competition. Such comparative advertisements also cause disparagement of the product/ service of the competitor although the term ‘disparagement’ is not defined under any of the existing Indian laws.

Re: Rumour: VW Polo and Ameo facelift details out

Carwale has put a wrong image against the 2019 polo. They are using images of the new global polo which is not what the Indian market is getting for this facelift.
