That really doesn't matter. He bought the car from the dealer and dealers are the face of the company.

Excellent!! And kudos to the consumer courts and legal support systems to the end buyer. After my experience with the C180, I have gained tremendous faith.

He probably purchased an old stock Uno from Fiat. I guess the Uno had stopped production in 2001 - 2002.

GTO

Good to know. Consumer courts work afterall!

Good to hear Consumer courts are there to help the end user. Kudos Consumer court.

Its good news for my ears and yes, Consumer courts are a great boon.

The order has been passed by the District level Consumer Forum. I am sure Fiat would appeal in the next Higher court, the State Consumer Forum. The Law says that either parties could appeal at the higher court, if they have any objection with the Order. In this case Fiat would have to remit Rs. 30,000/- with the present Forum and appeal against the Order.

If some one from Delhi could locate Mr. Sunil Prasad for me and get his telephone no. I would love to talk to him. M/s. Atil Auto may be hostile at this very moment, else details could be available with them.

By the way, I have filed my case against Tata Motors and their Dealer Manipal Motors for delivering a DEFECTIVE SUMO VICTA GX TURBO to me.

The case has been admitted and the 1st hearing would be on the 20th of this month. I shall kep you all posted on the latest developements

so long.......
